How to use
- Lay the blanket flat on a bed, sofa, or yoga mat and plug it in.
- Set the time and the temperature for each zone on the controller. Start at a lower setting for your first few sessions.
- Wear light cotton clothing or use the included sweat liner, climb in, and zip up. Use the arm zippers if you want your hands free.
- Relax for 30–45 minutes. Drink water before and after.
- Switch off, let the blanket cool, then wipe clean with a soft damp cloth and fold for storage.
