Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some products on Welzo.us may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders or try-before-you-buy purchases. This policy explains how these purchase options work and how to change or cancel them. These options apply only where expressly offered on the relevant product page or at checkout.

1. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries at the frequency you select. The price, billing frequency and any applicable subscription terms will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.

Your payment details will be stored securely by our payment service providers. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges for your selected subscription, including applicable taxes and delivery charges disclosed before purchase, unless you pay in advance.

Unless expressly offered for a fixed term without renewal, subscriptions continue automatically until you cancel. We will provide any renewal reminders, notices of material changes and requests for consent required by applicable law.

Changing, pausing or cancelling

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the subscription management link in your subscription confirmation emails. Where available, you may also use this link to pause deliveries, skip an order or change your delivery frequency or payment details.

If you cannot access your subscription or need assistance, email hello@welzo.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. You do not need to accept a replacement offer or provide a reason to cancel.

Cancel before your next scheduled charge to prevent that renewal. Cancellation stops future subscription charges but does not automatically cancel or refund an order already charged before cancellation. Contact us promptly if you also wish to cancel that order; once dispatched, it must be handled under our Refund & Returns Policy, subject to applicable law.

There is no subscription cancellation fee. Cancellation does not affect your right to a refund for an unauthorized charge, a charge taken after an effective cancellation or any other refund required by law. For prepaid subscriptions, any refund for unused deliveries will be determined by the terms disclosed before purchase and applicable law.

2. Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it becomes available for dispatch. The product page or checkout will explain the payment arrangements and expected shipping timeframe.

Depending on the offer, we may collect full payment, a partial deposit or no initial payment. Where you expressly authorize it, our payment service provider may securely retain your payment details and charge the remaining balance at the time disclosed before purchase.

You may cancel a pre-order before dispatch by emailing hello@welzo.com with your order number. We will refund amounts paid for the cancelled, unshipped items and any associated delivery charges that no longer apply. Once an order has been dispatched, returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate where available and offer cancellation with a refund. Where required, we will obtain your consent to the delay or cancel and refund the unshipped order. If we cannot supply a pre-ordered product, we will cancel it and refund the amounts paid for it.

3. Try Before You Buy

Try-before-you-buy purchases are available only where expressly advertised. The trial period, its start date, the amount payable, any initial charges and the return procedure will be disclosed before you place your order.

We may place an authorization hold on your payment method before dispatch. This may temporarily reduce your available balance without being a completed payment.

To avoid the purchase charge, you must notify us and complete the return steps within the deadlines disclosed in the offer. Any return shipping costs or item-condition requirements will also be disclosed before purchase.

If you keep the item or do not complete the required return steps within the disclosed timeframe, we will charge your authorized payment method the amount agreed at checkout. Any charge or refund remains subject to applicable law.

4. Refunds and Your Rights

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed or legally required. Your payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available.

Specific purchase-option terms disclosed and agreed to at checkout apply alongside this policy. Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable federal or state law.
